Tara Nicole (Tee), Owner/Head Trainer
Tara’s love and interest in health and fitness/athletics began at an early age. She earned a Division 1 Basketball Scholarship to the University of San Diego and transitioned to making fitness, strength and conditioning, athletic development, and nutrition her priority when her collegiate basketball career came to an end. Tara is a passionate and driven coach and entrepreneur who’s focus is on helping people achieve their dream bodies, helping men and women find their confidence, and developing the skills of young athletes hoping to take their game to the next level.

Desmond Jasper (Dez), Personal Trainer
Fitness has been a passion of Dez’s for years. He started his journey freshman year of college and he hasn’t looked back since. Dez’s goal is to impact as many lives as possible through fitness and to actively promote healthy lifestyle choices. His focus as a trainer is to help clients move better on a daily basis and receive overall fitness results through strength/conditioning training, functional movements and nutrition guidance. Self-confidence has been Dez’s biggest takeaway throughout his journey in fitness and he want to give that feeling each individual he works with.

Lauren Torres, Personal Trainer
Lauren’s fitness journey started when she decided to join the military. Being in the military helped motivate her to continue living a healthy lifestyle and Lauren eventually found a calling to help others do the same, and to improve their quality of life. She is currently on the path of earning her Associates degree in massage therapy so she can gain knowledge on how to help the body and the mind to heal.
